Tolerance
Measurements are supplied by the manufacturer and may vary by up to 2" (5 cm). Garments are cut and sewn in batches, so small differences between pieces are normal.

Care
Your garment is printed or embroidered to order. Most of what wears a print out is heat and friction. This is how to avoid both.
Washing
- Turn it inside out before it goes in. This single step protects the print more than anything else on this page.
- Wash cold (30°C / 86°F or below), gentle cycle, with like colours.
- No bleach, and no fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and dulls a direct-to-garment print over time.
Drying
- Tumble dry low, or hang to dry — hanging is kinder to both print and fit.
- Avoid high heat. Heat is what cracks a print and shrinks cotton.
Ironing
- Iron inside out, on low.
- Never iron directly onto the print or the embroidery.
- Do not dry clean.
Embroidery
- Wash inside out and skip the tumble dryer where you can.
- If a stitch ever catches, trim it — never pull it.
Mugs, stickers, hats and the beanie
- Mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing keeps the print brightest longest.
- Stickers: clean the surface first, and place them once; they don't like being moved.
- Dad hats: spot clean. Don't machine wash.
- Beanie: hand wash cold and dry flat. The washing machine stretches it out of shape.
