Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and are fully encrypted.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Every checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders enter production quickly through our print-on-demand partner. If you need to change anything, contact us at support@wearmuser.com within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, production has usually begun and we cannot alter the order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We ship to over 200 countries and territories.
How long until my order arrives?
Every Wear Muser piece is made-to-order. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–7 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for delivery within the US, and 10–20 business days internationally. See our full Shipping Info page for a country-by-country breakdown.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment partner.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Because each Wear Muser piece is printed for you on demand, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If that happens, contact support@wearmuser.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll replace or refund the item at no cost. Read our full Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because we don't hold pre-made stock, we can't exchange items. Use our Size Guide before ordering to select the right fit.
Sizing & Fabric
How do your pieces fit?
Most of our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies run true-to-size in a relaxed or oversized cut. See Size Guide for exact measurements per style.
Where are your pieces made?
Wear Muser is a print-on-demand brand. Every order is produced by our vetted global fulfillment partner in the region closest to the customer to reduce shipping distance and emissions.
