Made to order, shipped worldwide

Every Wear Muser piece is produced on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means there is no warehouse of pre-made stock — each order is printed and stitched specifically for the customer. It takes a few extra days, but it lets us offer a wider range of designs with zero waste.

Total delivery time

Total time from order to doorstep = production time + shipping time.

Production time

Typically 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Complex items (all-over prints, hoodies) sometimes take a day or two longer than a plain tee.

Shipping time (after production)

All times are estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day you order. Add production time above for total delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination country, product weight, and carrier. You'll see the exact cost before you enter payment details.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship DAP (Delivered At Place) — customs fees are not included in the checkout total.

Address changes

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email support@wearmuser.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, the address is locked and cannot be changed.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days after shipping, or if the package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact support@wearmuser.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
