If your order was delivered in the European Union, you can withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Fill in the form, check it, then press Confirm withdrawal. We'll email you a confirmation showing the date and time we received it.

You can also withdraw by email: write to support@wearmuser.com with a clear statement, for example "I withdraw from my contract for order #1234." The Refund Policy explains what happens next.
